Terms of service
Last updated 31 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Bidder.
1. Who we are
Bidder is an independent software service for Indian businesses that respond to public tenders on Government e Marketplace (GeM). Bidder is not affiliated with GeM, the Government of India or any buyer.
2. What the service does
Bidder collects publicly listed tender information, compares it with the company profile you provide, extracts cited requirements from tender documents and prepares draft review packages. Bidder does not provide legal advice, guarantee eligibility or award, set prices, sign declarations, pay EMD or submit bids. Those actions remain with your authorised representative.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and company information and keep your credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for the members they invite and for the roles assigned to them. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, scrape or redistribute Bidder data without written permission.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware or documents you have no right to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another organization’s data or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the service to misrepresent eligibility to a buyer.
5. Fees, billing and cancellation
The pilot is free for seven days. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, exclusive of GST. Recurring payments are processed by our payment provider. You can cancel before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund and cancellation details are set out in the refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
6. Your data and our IP
You retain ownership of the company information, documents and evidence you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to run the service. We retain ownership of the software, rule packs, scoring models and templates. Generated packages are for your organization’s use.
7. Third-party sources
Tender data comes from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the publisher. Always verify deadlines, corrigenda and eligibility directly on GeM before acting.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or tender outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, creates a security risk or remains unpaid. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your organization’s data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
