Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 31 October 2026. How cancellations, renewals and refunds work.
1. Free pilot
The seven-day pilot is free and needs no payment details. It ends automatically unless you choose a paid plan.
2. Monthly plans and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings or by writing to contact@bidharbor.online. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. When we refund
- First payment, within 7 days: full refund if your organization has not generated a prepared bid package. Write to us from the registered email address.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: refunded in full after verification, including any charge made after a cancellation request we had already acknowledged.
- Service unavailable: if a paid feature is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days because of a fault on our side, we refund the unused portion of that month.
Outside these cases, fees for a period already started are not refunded, because analysis capacity and bid packages are allocated when the period begins. This does not limit rights you have under Indian consumer law.
4. Plan changes
Moving to a higher plan takes effect from the next billing period. Moving to a lower plan also applies from the next renewal so that no partially used period is repriced.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it and we may pause prepared-bid creation until the payment succeeds. No charge is made when a payment fails.
6. How to request
Email contact@bidharbor.online with your organization name, invoice number and the date of the charge. We acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days, and we confirm the reference number by email. GST invoices are issued for every payment; write to us if a GSTIN needs to be corrected.
